Catalyst's Neutral Heirloom Glasses Not Counted For Set Bonus

The "neutral" (no eye glow effect) Catalyst secondary utility from the Nemesis store does not count towards the Catalyst set bonus.

Wow, did they ever? The tooltip says they do, but I just realized that my damage glasses sitting in my shared bank give the buff, whereas the neutral does not. And the neutral glasses came out awhile ago.

oh, I'll have to check that, sicne i have 1 of each type on one account

I do not recall ever getting double catalysts while using Neutral Glasses (my usual choice). It happens fairly regularly (I'd guess 1 in 10) when using the flaming ones (Tanks?). I don't like the glow on the other two, so I haven't used them enough to see if they work.
