Also has anyone actually tested if it's a DPS increase in PvE?

    1500-2500, so expect 2k

It was fixed sometime after I left, so it actually works. Damage increase is dependent on whether or not you have resistances to breach, but generally its effective pve wise.

I don't know if this is correct. But apparently it doesn't work like other resistance debuffs but instead ignored a % of your opponents damage resistance % for example if they have 100% damage resistance it puts their defence to 85%. No idea if that really is how it works or not.

I believe PvE wise it still gives a fairly nice boost to DPS though. Caliga uses one, so... YEAH! :D

I actually used to have one way back then but hocked it since it supposedly wasn't working and now I want one again. I guess 2.5k is pretty reasonable. Now I just have to work around the silly silver resource cap.

Drop rate is very rare. I got all of one in all my runs last rotation. But Warlord runs are at least less painful than Cybermind and have seemingly slightly better odds than Cybermind as well.

I had one of these drop at the start of the Warlord alert this time around. Checked AH and there was one up for 2749 G. I sold mine over Zone for 1800 G, while asking 20 keys.

Really? I've managed to snag 3 so far this week on Mentella and ForceGirl, I've sold two of them for 1K each.

Are they actually significantly potent in reducing defences?

They almost literally boosts your damage by 15% since it causes all of your attacks to ignore 15% damage resistance. I'm sure it's not exactly that number because of the way damage is calculated with all of the different layers of attack/defense, but when you pair this extra damage penetration with a critical for example, the effect it provides is very noticeable.

They are very hard to find from what I hear from everyone else. I saw one on the AH for well over 2k G's, and I normally see them selling in zone for close to that. I sold the one I happened to get while doing the Warlord runs with you for only 1k to a friend, so we gave a few people some great deals.
I strive to be the strongest swordsman alive.

Depleted Uranium Cores go for around 2k when the warlord alert is not in cycle. When it is in cycle, it's around 1.6k

Hope this helps. And yes, it's a very good mod. It's considered best in slot. I highly recommend it.
