Nighthawk tights missing from Jackets

It's been a little while since I attempted to use the nighthawk "tights" with a jacket, but I just tried today and nada. I have an older character that still has the combo until I go into the tailor. Why was this removed? I know last week's patch notes noted "Nighthawk Chest had inappropriate categories removed" which I assumed was the actual chest layer that gives you invisible arms.

I'll be very disappointed if this was intentional. These "bug fixes" shouldn't be taking away our customization. Especially something that wasn't even a "bug" in the first place.

I saw the patch notes. Which, like I said, sounded like the Chest Layer. I fail to see how the "tights" were inappropriate for jackets.

I was just looking at the thread with all the unlockable costume parts and noticed something odd with the nighthawk pieces. In the thread, the "tights" part is labelled as chest and the chest layer is listed as integrated chest. But then the hips layer is labelled as hips while the leg "tights" are labelled as integrated hips.

I can't confirm this in game atm, but is that a typo in the thread or a strange typo in the costume part tags in the code causing the wrong parts to be removed from certain categories?
