Dual Blades/Gadgets-which to start in?

Im basically going to make a char that uses Dual Blades ala nightsticks, and the boomerang powers from Gadgets. So, Im wondering, which group to start in? Dual Blades, or Gadgets via Boomerangs?

    I'd go with Gadgeteering since it has a ridonkulous number of powers (more than any other power set by a large margin) and its low tier powers are both diverse and decent. Dual Blades, on the other hand, is much more limited, especially if you're only after the Dual Blades-specific powers.
