I've had issue with one offer not paying out, ever. It involved having to register with a particular website and then submit a solution to a programming challenge via their submission form. A correct solution was supposed to ensure a pay out of somewhere between 3-5k Zen. I submitted one of many correct solutions and after a few days I noticed that the Zen never came.
I contacted the group that sponsored the challenge and was told they had no control over how Peanut Labs handles things. I contacted Peanut Labs and they told me that if the people sponsoring the offer doesn't send them the right info then they can't pay out. One more trip back to the sponsors with what I had learned from Peanut Labs earned me a ban on future offers they might sponsor. Contacting PWE proved useless as they explained they have no control over the dealings Peanut Labs has with the companies sponsoring these surveys and offers.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a whole lot you can do about it when these offers don't pan out.
Don't expect getting 3k Zen for putting some X's in squares or just giving their your creditcard info and such....
Just doing those 50-150Zen offers where you lie and cheat your way thru the survey 'Whats Your Booze and What Car You Drive' have worked everytime, scored 2000 Zen of those. Yea, they take abit of time and sometimes fail, but hey, it's free Zen.
Only sucky thing is SponsorBay hasn't made anything for awhile and 'Nuts Lab only offers 315Zen if i buy a HD digicamera with 0,10Euros and give their my creditcard info.

I figured it was legit given how much more work was going into it in addition to it neither being a survey nor asking for any credit card info . You just had to submit a solution in Java or another programming language. The site even kept track of which of the many programming challenges you have attempted, how many times you've completed a challenge by submitting a solution and how many of those attempts were correct.
Most of the surveys have been legit, particularly those from well known brands.
Most of the "offers" are scams, particularly those that offer gift cards or inordinately large rewards.
My advice?
Avoid both and use real money to purchase Zen instead at at least $50 increments, ideally buying only when they do the 20% bonus Zen offer weekends. Going about it in this way ensures you both avoid scams and get a better deal for your time spent.
I did a few of the surveys, but after one too many times of answering question after question after question and then being told that I did not qualify, I just stopped.
They end up getting me to answer a dozen questions about whatever and then tell me that I do not qualify?
After they have gathered that data?
No thanks.
I'll take my stipend and, if I really want more Zen, I'll just go ahead and pay out for anything beyond that.
I'd rather do Kevin Poe. At least he has some COLOR in his wardrobe. And listening to him for 30s at a time for 10-15 minutes vs listening to Gravitar rant non-stop for the same amount of time is far better, especially when both give about the same amount of Qiestionite/minute.
Seriously, what right does she have to criticize anyone's wardrobe when the guy in a purple trench coat and gas mask has better fashion sense?

Hence why she's in MC tearing the place up. Poe beat her at her own game with a trenchcoat, a gas mask and a fedora. A fedora.

Gravi thinks she's Lady Gaga, but somebody told her she was Miley Cyrus.

Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends
Oh, for sure. Tulzorgat is my preferred source of Q. However, if you lock yourself out of the Crisis, there's no easy way back in, and you have to jump through hoops to get back in every time you leave. Poe, you just have to get someone to share the mission.

This has been my experience. However I have pulled in about 11,000 zen from the email spam offers lower down the page.
What I do is make a hotmail or gmail account. Find any offer that says get 50 zen for giving your contact information. Apply. When it asks for a phone number or mailing address I find a random city hall and use that. Once a month I make a new hotmail/gmail account so I can sign up for the same offer all over again.

They promised to fix the problems? They who?

*shrug*
Just my two cents
Consolidate the currencies! (Please!)
Does your Champion have a theme song? (share it!)
Got a funny in-game screenshot? (share it!)
Please fix the Overdrive energy unlock! (Should help promote thematic build diversity!)
What most of the people would pick on that list?
...
Yup.
And they are screwd.

Do alerts. Do Gravitar ( not in the way your thinking Smackwell U_U ). Get Q . Sell said Q for Zen. Put Peanut labs on ignore.

A curious game.
The only winning move is not to play.
