Travel powers are just what I would take, take whatever you want.
2 pts free choice, or yank the ranks from the second travel power and you can toss 4 pts wherever.
I was torn between Explosive Arrow with Where's the Kaboom and Sonic Arrow. Explosive Arrow can be useful against bosses, but Sonic Arrow helps with the stun on full charge. It's only 3 targets though.
So... a single-target Blast that debuffs for other arrow attacks, a single-target Combo (which gives you the Shredded debuff on the third hit), AOE maintain goodness, Conviction for a self-heal, Ego Surge/Masterful Dodge, Evasive Maneuvers, a hard-hitting single-target Rush buff builder, an energy-building block... I think you've got the basics in here.
You get some +Int and +Ego from Quarry. Even with the recent PTS changes, you still do get a buff to Int and Ego from Quarry.
Although you could go Retaliation if you prefer too.
Anyway, that's just a quick spin through what I would do for claws/archery. Archery I see more for ranged minion-munching, which claws is bad at, while claws is for high single-target damage. That's why Dex / Tempest form rather than Concentration - you may use your ranged attacks more, but I envision him or her up-close-and-personal with bosses in alerts, for instance.
You might want more healing, for instance.
Anyway - the main things I'd recommend from Claws are Vipers Fangs and Dragon's Claws. The main things i'd recommend from Archery are Storm of Arrows and Straight Shot. Otherwise, season to taste.
I'd love to recommend another passive, but I think Quarry is still the go-to for ranged/melee hybrid builds generally speaking.
