Well I hope you pvp tweakers got your avoidance cores from Canada because they are now officially removed from the big foot mission and the game.
PRIMUS vendors' boxes still give a rank 2 avoidance core, get them now before they close the loop here as well.

In what way did they change it? Have you tested the new gear yet? If you can still get the same amount of dodge then all DPS may as well go home now. Basically NO ONE will be able to kill each other.

Well there is something we know now, it certainly is easy to get to 100% dodge chance with LR.
