Carrier Wave boss mission door breaks

In a team of 4, one player was outside the mission somewhere being idle.
We got to the boss door and it wouldn't open, even though it was blinky.

Idle man left the team then and the door went black, with no blink and after a
few seconds blinked again but wouldn't let any of us in.

In FATAL Err0r, the doors do have a few issues when you get too close to them and try to enter for some reason.

Best thing to do is to back up and try again in my experience.

That door type has some unusual position errors. The most noticeable ones are the first door where sometimes you have to be absolutely perfect.
