i need help cant log in game

all I get is fail launcher auto updater fail or cant authenticate info or cant connect to server I really need help please and fast

    Proxy on.
    Proxy off.
    Force verify.
    Virus stuff.
    Firewall stuff.
    With Arc.
    Without Arc.

    And most importantly, check that your flux capacitor is set to 1.21 gigawatts.

    I don t do proxy how do I check on Norton fore the firewall what is force verify

    I think I solved it for now I turn off the wireless monitor back on but it is strange that caused it when I could still go online
