As the title implies, I'm curious whether +Damage% boosts are additive (sit in the same layer as SS, Ego/Str, Form bonuses) or multiplicative (like the old Aspects/Aggressor). The game doesn't ever bother to differentiate those, and I don't have the time or setup to test that, so I was wondering if anyone had. I was specifically interested in Outburst (End Primary), Round 'Em Up, and Warden Mastery.
EDIT: Well, unfortunately it seems like Outburst is standard additive +damage%, making it pretty useless, since it's roughly equal to a single stack of one of the damage forms, but only when you have 90% energy. I shot a few things with Sniper Rifle and didn't see anywhere near a 15% jump when it was triggering.
Sad, really, if it was Base damage it'd make END primary actually stand up to STR, DEX, and EGO.

Pretty sure Warden Mastery is BASE damage too. Preemptive Strike is probably too.
But almost everything else is not.
