Iniquity: stop what you're doing and FLEX

I couldn't find this particular bug in a search. So if I'm flogging a dead horse, I at least think it's still alive.

When Iniquity is cast, the recipient of the heal goes into a "flexing" animation that acts as an interrupt. The sight of a freshly healed pair of biceps is surely enough to thwart villainy, but being able to finish an attack would be nice too.

Is it actually an interrupt, or just an animation that does not affect power use.

When a character is healed by Rebuke, a similar animation happens, but it has no effect on power use at all.

As far as I know, the animation is harmless - it will only play if the target actually isn't doing anything, and/or if they're in an animation with lower priortiy (they're in a more 'subtle' animation, such as walking or jumping as opposed to attacking).

Iniquity is simply a heal + force_animation command or something.

I've never been able to stop someone attacking using Iniquity.

It doesn't grey out your power tray nor root you in place.

It can only become annoying if you are trying to use emotes or run away.

Thanks for the clarification, everyone. High fives all around. I got a little paranoid after some quick anecdotal "evidence". But after a little more testing, it does appear to be solely cosmetic.

I'm relieved that I can make my teammates dish out two tickets to the gun show without interrupting the actual gun show.

It appears to cancel other power animations and their effects.
That is, you can not see your attacks happening when you are being molested
by this power, you can not tell if you are blocking, you can't tell if your
maintain is maintaining or your spell is being conjured.

It is also spammed to annoy RP people in Caprice, I've used the report
feature a few times for this and the spammer vanished from Caprice, poof.
