I am having issues trying to buy Zen from the PWE website.

I have cleared it with my bank they say nothing is wrong on my end.

I am getting "Payment Processing Errors" which would imply the transference of information is going wrong or my account is empty (which is not the case)

I know that other players have recently had issues with the whole Zen process. Is this a known issue or just me?

Did you ask your bank if your CC transaction request got blocked by the vendor (PWE) in some way?

What method of payment did you use for your CC? Direct? Paypal? Skrill?

My bank said it wasn't getting any response from Skrill. I am not sure what the issue is.

It says the transactions failed.

I tried buying something from another site entirely and it worked..so I'm going to try again...it better work.

Hmm. I don't know too much about the billing side of things, so I'd recommend sending in a ticket to our Billing team.

Yeah, I'm currently experiencing problems with the Zen store too, instead of going to the Credit Card info page its directing me to the Skrill page which won't allow me to make a purchase, here's hoping it gets sorted out soon

we have someone who is using Paysafecard successfully for buying zen.

Is it a card where you have to enter your details to list it as a payment method?
If so you may have to set up payment method first?

R9xchaos, I think uses paysafe card. They may be able to help.

Can you even buy GOLD membership for this game anymore? I don't see any options for it on the ARC website and... if I go to it through the old CO website it force-redirects to arc.

see that gold writing about the thread on the forums, click on click here it goes to the subs menu.

under ARC paying subs is under Guides, yes, not under account or zen but under guides.

Spend over 400 euro's on Champions online using paysafe card never had 1 issue. Just sharing my experience here never used creditcards never had problems - thank you.

I also never had a prob with paysafecard, best payment method for me. I hate using cc online.

I've tried to buy a lifetime subscription myself, but I'm using a visa gift card and it's not accepted on the secure cryptic website when I try to add it as a new payment method. I've bought Zen off the PWE and Arc sites with visa gift cards like this before, so I'm not sure what the problem might be. Just stating my recent problem in case anyone has answers or has the same problem.
