My launcher shows on toolbar but the window wont pop up

I click play through the Arc screen and when i do the Arc screen hides in my toolbar and the champions Online appears in my toolbar but the launcher window will not pop up...I have tried to run it as Admin and Everything...Anyone else havin this problem???

    I hate this New Arc Launcher....I cant get my Champions Online Launcher to pop up....

    Been having the exact same problem for a couple of months now.

    Seems like it happens on both Steam and Arc.

    Right click the desktop icon, click Properties, Shortcut, change the Normal window size to Maximized?

    "Shortcut" dpes not appear in the properties.

    Another way to do the same thing:

    When you've got the program on the taskbar but nothing on screen, open the Task Manager (ctrl+alt+delete), right-click the application, and Maximize.

    Any other ideas if none of that worked? It's frustrationg to no end. I can mouse over the tab on the taskbar and it shows the program is running, but it simply will not maximize and be viewable.

    In the Task Manager, were you able to click Maximize? And did you try Minimize first, then Maximize? If that's still not working, you could try this:

    It seems like the recent "disappearing launcher" problem is common to all Cryptic games. This thread from the Neverwinter forums details a more technical solution. If you can't fix the issue with any of the above suggestions, it might be worth a shot...but since it involves deleting a registry value, use it at your own risk:
