this is a quote from someone reporting a bug I too have noticed, but he posted in the wrong thread due to certain circumstances.

In other words, the following:
Wrist Bolter -> Concentration -> (Particle Beam Rifle is not selectable)

Gunslinger -> Assault Rifle -> Concentration -> (Gatling Gun is not selectable, but all Tier 1 powers are unlocked)

I still can't make threads. Anyone know how long it takes? 72 hours? 168 hours?

No idea either...I can't even write and respond to some forum sections...any help irris/biff?

Should be about 72 hours.

On topic, the bug seems to extend to the other new Forms. Compassion and Manipulator suffer from the same issues.
