Sorry for starting yet another thread, but i couldn't find one dealing with this particular issue -either that or i misread them, my english is learned - so, here i am

My problem is that when i try to open CO launcher it gets stuck on the Loading. Please wait. screen then goes full blank and wild Internet Explorer window appears telling me it can't show the page, then i go back to CO launcher window and tells me the same

My default browser is Chrome and i'm using the launcher i downloaded around March of this year (that is, before the Arc thing became mandatory)

I also tried logging into NW -with the client i got when it was on open beta- and it seemed to work fine, then tried again with CO but it still has the same problem, Do anybody knows what's going on here or what i can do about it?

I also cleared IE history and cache a couple days before, Could it be related?

I am having exactly the same problem. Began Friday. Yes, I'm Verizon FiOS.

Tried running the executable w/o the launcher and couldn't connect to the account server, either.

Verizon is not a program... it's an Internet Provider. So you might use it... and if you do, well, you're stuck with everyone else waiting. It's an issue Verizon will have to solve... eventually...

Note: The problem is not Verizon-exclusive; its just that with as popular Verizon is, many people with the problem happen to be Verizon customers. I'm a non-Verizon person with issues and there are many more who don't have Verizon and have problems.

Oh ok, im using a local ISP from my country (Mexico), i doubt their network system has any direct support / relation from Verizon since my ISP it's a huge company here (Telmex), so i'm going with what other people said that it's another problem from Cryptic

Btw, the issue it's apparently solved by now as i was able to login and play without problem earlier today; i'm hoping it keeps that way 'till i get home again
