Hello,
I've recently started playing one old vampire character of mine again, and the first thing I did was working over the somewhat simple costume she had. I came up with one I was actually content with, but when I was working on a desert costume I noticed something in the "shirts" section that I rarely click upon. With the right colours it doesn't look like a silly traditional costume for a county fair, but works with the vampire look.
Here is the original costume before I started working over it:

And this are the two variants which I am considering. I have tendency to stick with the first, becausse it's still less playful and with its clear lines and edges somewhat more aggressive. The bracers need to be replaced but otherwise I am fine.
In the second costume I have considered to use a garter belt for the legs, but that would not only emphasize that she's just wearing underwear (that she looks somewhat slutty is not entirely undesirable) but also destroy the clear curves at the hip. And I just notice I forgot the claws.
A detail that cannot be seen on these shots is the back logo. Shirts do not allow back logos, thus the first variation got a Yin and Yang logo on the back, the second variation nothing.

But the bottom one actually should have a skirt or slacks to go with the fancy top and sleeves. It just looks like you started with a "formal" costume but then forgot where you were going with it below the waist. Doesn't have to be a long skirt either. If you've got that vampire split skirt option, I'd think of using it as well.

Yea, second one looks like she left the house without her pants.
I tried different colour patterns for the second variation. I think a relatively simple, black one works best.

Y'know, maybe if you were to put boots on her like the top one? Or even thigh-high boots in a matching color? Maybe that would look right.
Need a skirt...
and a stake...

Here we are now going to the West Side
Weapons in hand as we go for a ride
Some may come and some may stay
Watching out for a sunny day
Where there's love and darkness and my sidearm

The "Thigh High" boots work more or less, they have a fantasy pattern as well, but the plain variant looks better. The normal "Thigh High Laced" work well, but there would be not much left of the original idea. The same is true for the "Gravitar" boots, plus they are also "always metallic". The "Wizard" boots do look really good in pattern but they are way too bulky. The "Golden Age" boots would be the best compromise, even though they are folded as well, they are tighter and smoother than the norm "thigh highs"...
Two other options I wouldn't completely rule out yet is the "wizards" leg pattern combined with the wizards pumps, though that would force me to find a matching belt. And "Arrmor Edged".
