Noticed a new full helmet texture

I think, what I mean is when I was looking through the full helmet's textures, I noticed between the Tech combat and Tech X skins, there was a Tech Visor, now I know that wasn't there last year when I stilled played (and was going by Kurobasa, before the merger of accounts >.>) and I don't recall seeing it the other day, so I feel it was added with this latest patch. Well, wondering, has it always been there actually or was just recently added? And if just recently, are there any other textures/pieces added suddenly with no announcements?

    I think it came at the same time as the Invincible AT, maybe a little earlier. I remember seeing it while the powers and AT were being tested, and expected it to be on the default costume, instead of the X pattern.

    I'm 99% sure that pattern been here at least as long as I have, but I'll wait for a second opinion.
