Heya, first off, thanks for keeping this game alive.
Okay, so here goes:
Could you guys consider making a system for Alerts that somehow "punishes" people for leaving? Maybe a timer that restricts people from queueing up after leaving, or maybe a debuff? It's 7 outta 10 times that someone leaves. Takes the fun out of Alerts.
Secondly, I am so sad to see Scourge Eyes/Cursed Eyes ("burning eyes") costume pieces no longer be available in the game. I hope to see them return in some form or another. Wouldn't mind buying it through the Z-store even.
Edit: I'm really sad to see all the cool Costume unlocks gone, also Power Replacers.. All the cool weapon skins are gone..

Could you simply add them in some form, in the Q-store maybe? Just the Costume Unlocks.
Thanks..

Unfortunately, some people do drop out of Alerts if the team isn't "up to their standards". That isn't the only reason you end up with a small team though. I find that a lot of people get disconnected while loading in. If the person never shows up, that means that they joined, but couldn't load in. Sometimes, you'll see these people suddenly pop into the team halfway through.
I have to wonder about your "7 out of 10" claim, though. It's cliser to 7 out of 100 in my experience, and unless the whole team is level 6, I find that completing with 4 is usually possible.
If you want to get to the end of Forum Malvanum, your best bet is to get a level 40 and join one of the teams that forms in Millennium City Zone chat. There's too many random factors in a PUG to be certain of completion.

Who needs a foundry, we need a torture chamber to punish people.
With all the dominatrix in Caprice, this has been so obvious all along.
Tier them in such a way that the lower tier is actually completable even for inexperienced players with low-level characters and so droppers won't have any excuse anymore because there are no lowbies in the higher tier.
Players, even if they're douchebags, still shouldn't be the ones getting punished for a developer being too stupid to actually think what passes for content through.
