Electric Freeform Build (Looking for Critique!)

Hey folks, I'm trying to come up with a decent Electric Freefrom build. I'm not super-well versed in building non-Tank toons, so I'm looking for some suggestions and/or blaring changes needed. Here's what I have so far:

    You might consider Electric Form instead of Quarry. I -think- that Quarry boosts ~physical~ ranged damage... I'm not even sure it boosts energy ranged damage at ALL, although maybe it does at a lower level? Or maybe it boosts melee damage at a lower level and still ONLY affects physical damage?

    You also don't have many fast-recharge powers to trigger MSA, but you DO have some Maintained powers that would let you use Overdrive, the power-armor energy unlock.

    Also, Thunderstrike is, I think, the AoE maintained power that you could get an advantage that knocks down foes. It happens surprisingly often, and is a great extra source of incoming damage mitigation/interrupt...

    I don't know the specializations by name, so I cannot comment on those.

    Thanks! I'll definitely take a look at Overdrive. From everything I read online, Quarry does effect non-Physical ranged attacks, just not as much. It does boost Avoidance and raises Int and Ego (which scales with the SS Int stat I think?), so that's why I included it. May have to test this one out both ways in the Test Server, see which one gives a better output.

    Good call on the knockdown attack! Looks like it's actually Lightning Storm w/Stolen Thunder. Will have to reorganize a few thing to sub it in, but that definitely works!
