Help with Primary Support/Off DPS Build

I have been messing with this build idea for months. I am trying to create a decent critting healer/Off Melee Ego Blade DPS, I just can't seem to get it perfect. I will not take EBA unless I have Id Blades it just looks dumb with the single blade. I am trying to radiate as much health as possible through Seraphim and Sentinel Tree, and boosting this off of the compassion form, but I still feel like something is missing. I will not give up MD, BCR, Conviction, and would like to keep AV as my only heal as it is a team heal and does crit, but all other power change suggestions I am open to. Maybe Im off on my spec tree or something I'm just missing all together, please take a look and let me know what you think. I appreciate any feedback...
