Dunno if you plan to swap builds or anything, but you can't have Invulnerability and Personal Force Field and Medical Nanites active at the same time. That's three slotted passives, two more than you can use at any given time. Granted, you could swap between them using different Builds, but I can't see any reason to do so. You've also devoted a lot of advantage points to those three passives that can be used elsewhere once you pick ONE slotted passive to use.

This will free up two power choices, too.

I would drop Challenging Strikes from one of your powers unless there's some reason to have it on more than one (I never use it, so I don't know how it works or what it does).

I'd recommend boosting some attacks to rank 3 to be able to dish some serious damage... having two attacks at rank 2 is not as good as one at rank 3, IMO. Of those listed, Plasma Beam seems the best choice for a "standard" attack... the U238 advantage is handy for what it does, but Plasma Beam JUST does damage, so let it do its job to the best it can.

Inertial Damping Field is not that great a boost, but its SOMETHING. Not sure I'd bother to rank it up to Rank 2, though --- the increase seems minor compared to other benefits you could get by boosting other powers.

Thanks for the tips, actually I don't know why the Powerhouse accept equals buffs.

I updated the Build according to improve it.
