S key stops functioning

Dont know whats causing this, and while its a minor annoyance for the most part, it just one of those things i'm use to having and when its not there it just annoys crap out of me...
So here is what happens, playing normally leveling questing, doing fine, then suddenly and seemingly for no reason the S key stops functioning for in game use. No back peddle no backing up, nothing. Now i can use it FINE when chatting so not the keyboard, and works fine outside of champions.
Only way i found to fix it is an actual reboot... so i don't know why its not working normally... but kind of annoying beyond words.
