Nxcooking.dll Problem

My launcher doesnt update. He starts to connect, but then it
shows for a millisec the Nxcooking.dll and then

Error 36: A file was locked that could not be opened for writing.

And then he tries again and again but nothing ever happens...

Any Ideas how to get my game back to work?

Essentially scan for malware, just in case, and then consider reinstalling CO.
