Still No Stipend?

I was billed on the 17th of April for a recurring Subscription yet I have not received a stipend despite submitting a ticket on the 23rd (which still hasn't been replied to). So I'm just wondering, what the hell?

    I don't even remember, I've been subscribed for a long time.

    Yikes. This worries me. I became a subscriber only at the end of last year, because my finances changed and I could afford to add a monthly bill like this.

    If CO screws up my subscription, I will simply leave the game, character customization or no.

    My stipend seems to be several days late too. From what I'm reading here contacting support won't make much of a difference?

    Any news on the stipend?

    I am subscribed via game card for 60 days. Recieved the 500 for the first month, but not for the second month. Do I actually get the stipend for both months if it's game card subscription? With vehicles on sale until monday would be lovely to get it before monday. :smile:

    I almost always have gotten my stipends on time (maybe an extra day late once or twice). This month is an exception. As I noted in another thread on this topic, I contacted PWE support (via the website) when it was 5 days late. They responded saying a number of players have reported them late by 10 days, that people were looking into the issue, and to reply to the CS rep's email if I still don't have the stipend after a certain amount of time. This response was next day.

    My point? Contact PWE support.

    here's the support response.

    We apologize for the delay in receiving your Stipend. It appears that there was a communication error within our systems which resulted in stipends not being granted for April 2013. This issue is currently being resolved and you should receive your stipend within the next few days. Please let us know if you do not receive your stipend within the next few days.

    I have mine now, in case that information's remotely useful to anyone else. I didn't get around to contacting support, so thank you to those who did.
