So I subbed yesterday at about 4pm (GMT) and I've heard (from a friend who is subbed and the site) that you get your monthly Stipend 24 hours after you subscribe.
It is now 11:40pm the next day and I still don't have my Zen.
Okay, now that 25 hours have passed, do you have your Zen yet?

I didn't get my Zen right away either when I first subscribed. One GM originally claimed it didn't happen until the end of the month, but after contacting customer service they ensured me it was the first business day after your subscribed that you get it. They fixed it for me right away since I waited a week.
Yes you are supposed to get it the business day after your subbed. Why would they make you pay a month and not enjoy all the benefits of it within that month?
Well I subbed on the Wednesday and now it's friday and I still don't have it. I opened a ticket and (as what seems to be happening a lot lately) it doesn't show in my "My tickets" section of the game. So I can't even contact them about it.
Strange thing, i don't have my 'Monthly Bribe' either. It's usually arrived at 19th.

It's strange but I haven't had my stipend and its been ten days. I normally should have it go through by the 10th or 11th as my renewal is always on the 10th. I checked the 9th on my amount and now from that time there still isn't a change by the usual 500.
It's been 12 days and I've yet to receive my Stipend as well. I just filed a complaint to customerservice@perfectworld.com though, so hopefully they'll give me my Zen now.
My stipend so far is about 5 days late this month. I did submit a customer support ticket through PWE's site yesterday and there was a response today. The rep mentioned some players have reported delays of up to 10 days and their devs are looking into the issue. If I don't have it by the end of the month I'm to reply back and they'll make sure I get credited.
Sure, I still don't have the stipend yet, but I've got something on record and instructions to follow-up if it's still missing after a specified time frame. And the response was next day. Works for me.
Has anyone subscribed on Feb 29th and then the following leap year not get their stipend at all?
I am imagine it would have come up once, and given how shoddy the billing system is for CO (go check the support forum, many of the posts regarding billing are now archived but billing issues have been pretty popular), I can only imagine how long it would take for you to get any kind of response let alone any kind of resolution.

flaws, what flaws these are non -standard design features used to enhance your gameplay experience, by randomizing the effects of standard items/terrain/actions in order to instil lateral thinking in you, in how you achieve the objectives your character may/may not have due to the use of alerts to acheive the highest level of acheivement in this....
Are you seriously complaining that Customer Support doesn't haunt the forums, looking for problems? Are you upset that Sears' accounting department doesn't have a counter at every store, too?
Reading the forums is not PWE CS' job. It is the job of the forum representative, who, you might recall, went to Europe on vacation just before this mess started. That's why they have the CS link up there - so that problems can be reported. Threads like this are useful for documenting the issue, so that the folks who actually contact them can prove that others had the issue too - but expecting them to have gone looking for a thread like this proactively is just silly.

we have been reporting it to support on both threads, the people using the ticket link at the top have been getting nothing. I don't use it because I can't even get it to make a ticket.
I use the email address I got on another ticket which I made using the contact us button.
I posted this email address on the threads for people to use and included in my tickets that multiple people were affected.
I have got a response and posted it on the threads, so anyone who is affected by it, knows what the problem is and that they know about it.
Damn too much time reading forums and not enough time typing, now I have to write up RP notes at the Earthdawn game.
