Crashing to desktop

This has happened twice today. Both times when I went to my Basement Hideout and opened my account wide bank. Half of my inventory turns into a red "?" and I freeze up. The dump files have been sent via Cryptic Error Tracker but am I the only one this is happening too. I have not seen any complaints in game of it.

    Maybe your mom threw your stuff out as a hint, 'Move out!'.
    ...
    But yea, when i came to test the "New Event", game crashed like a motherfunker. Many times. Didn't try hideout stuff.
