When I click on the support link from the account page, I get a redirect error message.
Ok, so I thought maybe it was a setting on my computer messing it up. So I travel to another computer, a friend that also play CO, but I get the same error message there too. Yet, when he log into his account and press the support page for his account, it comes right up. So we travel back to my place and try it there. Sure enough, he logged into his account and pressed the support button and it goes right through. So again he logged out and I logged back in and I get the error message again.
Any ideas what the issue could be?
The error message is "The page isn't redirecting properly".
And of course I have it set to accept cookies and all the usual obvious stuff. And reset modem computer, etc etc. Closed browsers, check config, etc etc, logged out logged back in logged out again logged back again limbo etc etc. So again, already did and tried the usual obvious stuff.
And just in case it was missed, the other account my friend worked properly. But mine didnt so it doesnt seem to be a computer setting problem.
