Magnifier Dissapears in inventory

I just bought the magnifier item yesterday, and I was wondering if there is some kind of bug with it? I have been messing around with it, and i had it activated, then suddenly it disappeared from the little window on the bottom right that lists "C1, C2, C3, etc..." I looked in my inventory and it wasn't there, i even logged out an back in to see if was some kind of graphic glitch. does it have unlimited charges? It very upset me considering i just bought it yesterday. The same thing happened to my travel power today too. While i had it activated it just randomly disappeared from my hot key slots. I just want my money back from when the magnifier deleted or something. I bought it back though... Please help D:

    i JUST bought another... and it bugged out AGAIN. please somebody tell me something about this stupid thing! it is making me irately mad! :mad:

    The Magnifier, at a cost of 350 Zen, only lasts 15 minutes. It's a consumable...

    The Super-Magnifier, at 900 Zen, is permanent...

    i thought it had a 15 minute usage, and then it deactivates, then you could use it again. I wish it would've specified that it didn't have an unlimited charge.
