Sters already had a thread called "modern pvp builds" which I thought serves the same purpose as this.

OR do we have to use the build you posted and edit it to our liking?

It's just base builds, and I actually forgot that thread of Sters... Oops.

But you can do what you like.

Can't use the online powerhouse because am at work and it wont work. Lawl but here is my base on "Chillax" bild:

    Maybe ego, con, int

    Ice shards
    Ice Blast (Rank2, Hard Frost)
    Frost breath (Frost bite)
Ice cage (Sub-zero cellblock, crippling challenge)
    Ice Burst
    Ice Form (Rank2, Rank3)

frost breath for applying 3 chill stacks in a second and spam ice blast till your fps is 0. Ice burst for knocking the player. Ice cage for obvious reasons.

I'd say the SS combination CON/EGO/INT it's best than with EGO primary, CON at least gives some badly needed knock resistance, and more hp. With EGO primary (without AoPM) , you are going to have a VERY BAD day.
With CON primary, I'd swap Quick Healing for tough, but that's just me eh...

But you could use STR/CON/EGO or STR/CON/INT and use the vindicator mastery and it would work too.

Those are some good suggestion, but If we are going to use Ice Burst, then it would be best to buy the paralyze advantage, after all we are using the Manipulator Form, might as well take advantage of it.

(even though it's already been done with Force Cascade and his Containment Blast advantage)

For the passive, it might be a better idea to use Lightning reflex, or even Defiance.

(Does Ice cage proc Manipulator btw?)

I chose Ice Form because of the Cold Snap buff it gives to Ice Blast, Ice Blast becomes so awesome with it. Tho you could use different passive and take Ice Sheath but that's only for a limited time, and I'd rather have Ego Surge with Nimble mind with me for (almost) guaranteed crits.

It's true that with Ego as primary you'll get knocked, alot. But without STR you'll get knocked alot aswell. STR CON EGO with STR being primary could work too. I'd still have Ice Burst without the paralyzing advantage because I included Ice-cage with it, which serves the same purpose, tho not being exactly a Paralyze. (I think ice-cage wont stack manipulator, not sure tho.)

Unfortunately last time I checked, Ice Snap only increased the CHARGE damage of Ice Blast. So yeah, Ice Snap isn't that great unless you charge Ice Blast, or you use Shatter. If you really wanted an Offensive Passive, you could take Quarry, but then I fear the build wouldn't be too much original after that.

Ah well I figured you'd charge it full everytime because it wont take that much time anyway  Am sure you will stay alive long enough to do that.
