I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this build, it's primary purpose is to solo PvE content, although I wouldn't mind being able to dabble in PvP once in a while as well.

    So ... does no replies mean the build is at least halfway decent at it's stated goal or that it is beyond all hope of saving?

    Ok, I'll try again, although I thought that all of the Passives scaled off of general Super Stats now.
