Muted to Unmuted Bug

Hello,

There is a bug that some of us are experiencing currently where when someone gets muted in a private chat channel for whatever reason, it cannot be undone even when channel administrators try.

The most common channel which it is happening in right now is coPVP. There are a number of people who have been muted for one reason or another in the past and recently channel administrators tried to reverse the muting and although the message of: "Your permission in channel coPVP changed: Unmuted" comes up, when they try to speak it still has them muted with the message: "You are muted in channel coPVP".

There have been multiple admins that have tried to fix this for multiple players and nothing has worked.

When the player clicks on chat settings - channels, beside the specific channel (in the above case, coPVP), under "status", it says "Muted(User)".

Please fix this bug at your earliest convenience as it is preventing players from communicating with friends, SG members, etc.

While this guy is banned, I'm having the same problem as well.

Any solutions yet?
