Ok... seriously, what is with the total lack of Crap-Giving on part of not only Cryptic, but PWE for their websites/forums? I have searched and searched, and I can't even find a 'Rules and Regulations' page for THIS forum. Really, I just want to know how to use a Custom Avatar for the Forums... I have been playing CO since 'Free for All' hit, and would like to actually make some opinions public via the Forums. Although not integral, the point is that I can't figure out how the Dr. Heckyll and Mr. Jive I'm supposed to use a custom avatar!\
Also, on the PWE spectrum: I have tried to access PWE's own support site. However, when I click on the 'Support' heading on ANY of PWE's sites, the page displays the generic 'white background with type' error, stating that there was a 'Redirect Loop'. Whats up with that?
Really, I just would like some help, and even though I know I am asking too much based on how this game has been doing lately, I am asking for some patch-ups for the websites. I know it's not going to happen, but a Guy can dream...

I tried calling them directly. A robot told me that they didn't have space for messages to be left and it hung up on me. No warning, no apology for the inconvenience. Kind of explains a lot, right?

To actually get a reply, make sure you send ANY QUESTION to the 'Billing' section, as thats the only section that has an assigned staff member. (because money...)
