Alt Tab GFX glitch

So recently I noticed something when I alt tab out of the game to some other program like Firefox or Notepad or Windows Explorer etc. and then I tab back to Champions the game is noticeably darker.

This never used to happen before and I only recently noticed this happening.

The game remains fine for as long as I play as long as I don't alt-tab out of it.

I am running win7 and have all the latest drivers up to date, nothing has changed on my end in a while so I am stumped at what could suddenly be causing it.

I hate to instantly blame the game but it's been the only thing that has changed recently with several recent patches, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this as well and if they've figured out a fix.

A second question which is related to this issue, CoH had a command /unloadgfx and /reloadgfx, does Champions have a similar command? I'm hoping if it does that this can be a suitable interim fix until a more permanent fix is found, otherwise the only fix I have is to close the game and restart it, which is a hassle.

This probably has to do with fullscreen applications typically changing the gamma back to a default, and by alt-tabbing you change it back to how it 'was' prior to the change. This is most noticeable if you have dual monitors.

This is great, that you know the cause, do you happen to know how I can return it to it's previous behavior?

It used to not do this before. Also I only have a single monitor if that helps.

Something in my NVidia settings perhaps, or Monitor settings etc?

I've found an in game workaround, so far it seems to work.

Log into the game, tab out, then tab back in, it will be darker, click the top right windowed mode, then click again to return to full screen mode, from this point on the game seems to remember it's settings, I am able to alt tab as much as I like and it remains unaffected.

Keep in mind you have to do this once every time you load up the game in order for it to "fix" it for each game session.

It's not great, but it's a lot less of a hassle than before.

Hopefully a permanent fix comes down the pipe soon.
