So I have been playing an Earth toon and trying to make it as good as possible. Here is my first attempt and is currently what I am running now that I am at 40. It works pretty well, but I am sure there is room for improvement.
Some highlights:
* Potential to have 3 tornados out at a time
* Potential to have 2 Fissues out at a time
* Relative thought free energy management
* 2 Active defenses to keep you alive while running in Ranged Role
* Reasonable balance of damage and survivability if you have dodge gear
