Hotkey for swapping out gear?

Is there a way to bind a key to the swapping of gear. I know you can do that with the builds hotkeys but the lockout is annoying in combat. Was wondering if was an easy alternative to manually clicking in diff equipment. Thanks.

    AFAIK, swapping builds (or swapping gear manually) is the only way. The build-swapping is the fastest of the two, of course (especially if you're moving ALL your gear around). There is a lock-out timer but how often would you need to swap gear then immediately swap gear again? The lock out didn't strike me as THAT long... ten seconds? or was it thirty?

    Even so, I can't imagine any use in swapping gear willy-nilly.
