I've been making this build for a while now, but I can't seem to find a good last power that fits the concept and contributes to the build. The concept is a survivable DPS character that uses twin guns and wind magic.

I forget the name of it (Updraft, I think)... but there's a Wind power that is instant-activate and flings a foe up in the air with a casual gesture from you. I find it VERY handy for interrupting charging-up foes. Alternately, the paralyze/hold tornado-looking power LOOKS awesome (control powers in general fare poorly in this game of course).
