I've been looking all over for a video covering Mods/Fusion, etc. Does it exist?

    Yea. Max Planck has a tutorial for the basics. Hes at the Mods & Fusion Building.

    Is there something in particular you'd like to know? I mean, in general, you ctrl+right click on a mod or stack of mods to bring up the fusion window, you need at least 5 in that stack to fuse to the next higher level, it shows your success chance, and you can use catalysts to improve your success chance.

    You ctrl + right click on an item w/ mod slots to bring up the modding interface, so you can place mods into a item.
