I think the Harbinger event would be better served as an open world event. Actually change up the RenCen and have the Harbinger spawn in the lake. Not sure if this is possible because of the issues they've had with the team-up button. Thoughts? I was thinking it would last a month.

I'd go with keeping it instanced but keeping it as a permanent option instead of this temporary one we have now lasting until the 27th.

Making it open world means one of two things, neither of which I find personally agreeable.

1) Permanently alter Millennium City to have more parts devastated to reflect the dread that this attack is suppose to bring. This alters the tone of Millennium City.

2) Have it open world but leave Millennium City alone which lessons the impact something that big (and the corresponding attack) is supposed have.

Or... use the hideouts technology and toggle certain options on things like the skybox and portions of the map, and mask the transitions with fx or dynamic comic panels.

Holiday events already do this.
