Want to know before I put money towards a lost cause.

    Nope, they don't stack.

    But if you do have enough, you can keep the visual effect up forever. Depending on your INT/cooldown reduction you might need around 3 or 4ish. When one effect runs out, just activate the next one and rotate.

    I'd prefer the effect to last forever from having just one. =b
