Powerhouse Build-Testing Area?

So while I was using the PowerHouse webpage thinking up various FF builds, I was kinda lamenting the fact that my previous attempts started off well, and then performed poorly as I hit roughly the mid-way point (lvl 20).

Anyway, my idea is an area which works somewhat like the debugger in PTS, but as an area in LIVE which people can use without having to go gold/download PTS itself. In my head, it temporarily lets you take on level 40 so you can slot your planned powers and see how they perform against various kinds of dummies/enemies. Of course it would have to prevent you from leaving the area until you remove the level 40.

My idea is most likely impossible to implement without some serious code or something, but this is Suggestions Box.

While, on the one hand, I can see why you'd want this, I can also see how being able to "insta-level to 40" might be a detriment, (even if it's only while in the powerhouse). Leveling to 40 isn't any huge feat since On Alert hit live, and not having to invest even the minimal amount of time it would take to get there...

You still won't know how your "lvl 40" truly performs without proper gear.

That's why most of us, test/make their builds in PTS. You get lvl 40 gear.
And since it's allready there.
