Explodey Regen Tank Build

Ok, so I put this build together because of a few things. My love for extreme regen, my love for exploding things and my opinion that the exploding things in PA are extremely underused. And so, without further ado, I give you... THE EXPLODEY TANK

PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Name:

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
Level 10: Presence (Secondary)
Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Invincible
Level 6: Enduring
Level 9: Brilliant
Level 12: Intimidating
Level 15: Shrug It Off
Level 18: Healthy Mind
Level 21: Diplomatic

Powers:
Level 1: Wrist Bolter Well, it's the more explodey of the two PA EBs. Seriously, a power set with two EBs, and neither have a kaboom :( You can hear my heart breaking already.
Level 1: Tactical Missiles (Rank 2, Crippling Challenge) Kaboom #1. Crippling Challenge for the tankishness, of course. R2 just because it's the only hand attack I've taken, so might as well stack on a few more spots of damage.
Level 6: Overdrive EoT from all 3 attacks, I'm pretty sure.
Level 8: Regeneration (Rank 2, Rank 3) Love of my life, ever since I started. Nuff said.
Level 11: Micro Munitions (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenging Strikes) Kaboomity #2. Again, CS for the taunting, R3 for the damage.
Level 14: Unbreakable (Rank 2, Rank 3) Another tankish detail, a bit of an "Oh *****!" button.
Level 17: Shoulder Launcher (Rank 2, Rank 3) Kaboom! #3, and the only kaboom without an option to taunt them. Because nothing says "come get some" more than shoulder mounted rocket launchers.
Level 20: Circle of Primal Dominion (Rank 2, Rank 3) Another HoT choice, plus always good for the KB Resist.
Level 23: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Rank 3) Yay, more HoTs!
Level 26: Support Drones (Rank 2, Rank 3) ...And again, more HoTs!
Level 29: Bionic Shielding Yep, you guessed it. More effective as a bit of a backup "Oh *****", a little lower key. Maybe just a "Aw Snap!"
Level 32: Nanobot Swarm (Rejuvinating Injectors) Cooldown on Oh ***** and Aw Snap. Plus yet again more HoTs. You can see where I'm going with this.
Level 35: Implosion Engine One of two choices where I didn't quite know what to take, so took something that looked fairly handy (gather everything up into one spot and nuke 'em? Sweet!), fairly kaboomity and pretty underused.
Level 38: Strafing Run ...And the second of those two choices. I think I've only seen Strafing Run used in about one build before. Not exactly a popular one.

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Jet Boots
Level 35: Rocket Jump

Specializations:
Constitution: Unyielding (2/2)
Constitution: Tough (3/3)
Constitution: Quick Healing (3/3)
Constitution: Adrenaline Rush (2/2)
Sentinel: Eternal Spring (2/2)
Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
Sentinel: Rejuvenated (3/3)
Sentinel: Genesis (2/2)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: The Rush of Battle (3/3)
Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
Mastery: Constitution Mastery (1/1)

Any questions? Give me a shout. Any suggestions? I'm sure I messed up in a few places :) Don't be shy, guys!

Edit: And I have just noticed that I've forgotten both a Form (IDF? A little extra resist for the tankying?) and a shield. Any suggestions?

Overdrive won't work with Tactical Missiles, but it will work with Micro Munitions and Shoulder Launcher. Just something to keep in mind. You may find MSA to be more effective, since Overdrive has to stack to 3x to compete with it.

I would definitely take IDF somewhere in the build. Helps a lot on Regen builds.

A Block Enhancer is definitely needed on a tank. I would highly recommend Energy Shield (Phalanx Defense System) because of the PA toggles that you have.

You could probably do without Support Drones and Implosion Engine, in favor of IDF and Energy Shield.

Suggestions noted. Energy Shield /w PDS, MSA and IDF all feature in there now as opposed to Overdrive, BCR (Never been a huge fan) and one of either Implosion Device or Strafing Run. Implosion for the sake of usage, Strafing for the sake of thematics. I'll decide when I get there :P

    Here's the revised edition:

Some other things that came to mind...

Miniturization Drive would be a good addition. Debuffs your targets damage. You really don't need Implosion Engine, since you already have Micro Munitions and Shoulder Launcher for AoE. Getting hit for less is always awesome, especially for a Regen Tank.

I still think you should keep BCR/RR, and get rid of Support Drones. Even on my DPS toons that have them, they're very annoying to keep up through AoE. BCR would also be one of the main cooldowns proccing MSA. They also heal for much less than BCR/RR. The RR adv can proc up to every 0.5 seconds, and heals for 2.5x what both Drones would heal you for. Not to mention the base heal that comes with BCR. While Regeneration does offer superb healing, it doesn't give much damage resistance (especially while you're taking damage), so you're going to be taking much more damage than other Tanks, and you want to be able to heal that back rather quickly.

Also, DEX Primary, CON / INT Secondary would most likely work out to be better Super Stats. If you take Bulwark in Protector spec, you can use Hybrid role. Hybrid is great because it buffs your damage 2x more than Protector does, and buffs your healing similarly to Secondary PRE. Bulwark causes Hybrid to increase your threat generation slightly less than Protector would, but your increased damage (and healing) more than makes up for that.

Having Primary DEX gives you great crit chance, which is even more threat. Talent for PRE for more bonus healing, and take +Healing Primary Offense. This allows you to keep a good healing bonus for when you need to switch to Protector for more HP (like Gravitar). See here (or my Infernal Tank build in my sig) for how I'd set this up. Fortify and Reinforce in Sentry are pretty awesome. I haven't tested it, but it seems like Reinforce can double-proc itself.

With Regen really being the bulk of your healing, more DR is what you'd want to go for, and Protector/Sentry would be much better than Sentinel/Vindicator.

    Sentry: Fortify (2/2)
    Sentry: Reinforce (2/2)

Mark 3, here we go. Got rid of Support Drones in favor of BCRR, and completely reworked the specializations in favor of more dodging and DR. Hopefully, should be more resilient now.

While losing Support Drones R3, I was able to get an extra rank into IDF as well, little extra bubbling never hurt anyone.
