UNITY 2 Pre-Req Trouble!

Hello, I currently stucked at .. nothing. I have done a UNITY 2 pre-requisite quest called Bat to the Future, I turned my quest at Dr. Ka and as I understand, I ought to get a mail from Foxbat to start a quest, There and Bat Again. But I didn't get any. A little help, please?

    Mail from NPCs to start quests aren't sent immediately upon completing their prerequisites. Just be patient, and the mail will arrive.

    Anything the mail would have told you to do unlocks immediately upon completing the prerequisites though, so you can go straight to Juryrig's garage even though you don't have the mail, and if you search around the back area, between the wall and the garage, you'll find a statue that you can interact with. That'll get you going again right away.
