How much do you think it cost to develop CO or NWO?

I guess the best we can do is speculate, but i was wondering about this.
i found a link that said that DCUO cost 50 million to develop, and if I understand correctly, Cryptic was purchased by PW for 40 million.

I would assume that Cryptic can put out an MMO for less than the price of the whole company, but that may not be how it works.

Thoughts?
PVP is starving without rewards

1. Please give us Daily PVP missions that reward Questionite.
2. Please give us an exchange rate between Acclaim and Recognition so that PVP has access to all "On Alert" PVE rewards.

    The question I'd like to know. How much it would cost to buy Champions Online and the full Champions IP from Cryptic/PWE? Or better yet, how much is it worth to PWE.
