So when does the Lemurian Invasion Mega Event start?

I've done the 5minute quests and read about a new alert being tested but I assume there's more coming, right?

The Lemurian Invasion mission begins next week, should be 2/28.

I believe the "five minute missions" and the new Alert all together are "the Lemurian Invasion Mega Event".
