This is my first attempt at planning a build. The concept is a scientist who self tested her serum to help mental patients suffering from various conditions such as paranoia, schizophrenia etc.

I did try to make it a mixed build betweem gadget supports and swapping to supernatural bestial when she got `stressed` in combat with a size/costume swap but well.. lets say It didn't quite go as well as I hoped LOL ...

Thoughts or suggestions welcome :)

Well, you're taking Aspect of the Bestial which grants Enrage, but you don't have STR as a SS. Enrage doesn't do you any good if you don't scale it up. Ranking up any Form powers is a waste of points too. Since you're using Regeneration, I'm assuming you're trying to be tanky. Dump END for STR. You have nothing that scales on END.

The core of your build (Frenzy, Massacre, Bite, Aspect, Supernatural Power, Regen) is solid. The rest of it though... not so much. A lot of redundant and "meh" powers.

I have my Bestial build in my sig. It's a DPS build, but you can just swap Way of the Warrior for Regen if you like how I have that set up. I opted for Shred instead of Bite because a) it has higher DPS and b) we're stacking Bleeds for Aspect of the Bestial, so doing it with a higher DPS power is muy bueno. If you want to be a true tank, Shred > Bite because you can take Crippling Challenge on Shred. Mine is a demon theme, hence Ebon Void and Void Shift. VS is great for the AoE Fear advantage though. IMO, better than Howl because of the very short cooldown; assuming you can make excuses for it in your theme.

You should also look at adding Evasive Maneuvers if you wish to build as a DPS instead. 50% chance to wipe threat is always nice.

Here is how I would change the build, assuming you're trying to stay tanky. I switched Brawler (which sucks) for Sentry. Much more useful things in there. Bite before Massace, since it applys Bleed... no point taking Aspect if you can't apply Bleeds. Void Shift > Pounce. Because of the short cooldown on VS, you really don't need Havoc Stomp (which is pretty costly and doesn't proc Supernatural Power).

Grab some Dodge gear and BCR/RR + Regen + Quick Healing = lots of heals. Also, Ascension > Intensity since it buffs healing as well. May not fit the theme, but very useful. Masterful Dodge is the best Active Defense. Works great with BCR/RR, and is very nice when Resurgence is on cooldown.

Energy Shield w/ Laser Knight (your character is a scientist after all) + Dodge/Avoidance gear is great for Regen characters. Much better than Retaliation.

    Thanks for your feedback :)

Well nice to know I didnt pick ALL the `meh` powers :)

I do like Freeform but when I was using the Wiki to compare powers it can me a bit of a mare to know how well they perform in combat or what will stack with what.

    Appreciate the feedback :)
