1) I would drop Conviction for a heal that isnt self only.
2) Personally i dislike Toys a bit, as much fun as they are, they tend to spread mobs out with knockback etc. which is counterproductive for Orbital Cannon, Implosion Engine and your Turrets.
If it fits your style you could get a different pet, for example Primal Summoning, which has an Enrage Team buff if i recall correct, the Familiar to help with energy issues or the Imp to add some elemental damage.
