66k Questionite gear for leveling: offence or defence?

Which set is generally better to help a low level toon? The defense or offense option of the 66k gear? I would think Armadillo to stay alive no matter what but maybe the damage boost combined with Ranged Damage role and an AoE is just crazy fun.

    It depends on your type
    if you are running a DPS toon, by all means take the defense one, if you are running a tanky toon, try go for the offense one depending on your type of offense.

    Also, just go for the secondaries would be enough, leave the primaries for slotting upgrades that boost the stats you want.

    Ah - so take the opposite of the hero's focus to balance it out rather than doubling down where the hero is strong. Very helpful - thank you :)
