Contols are important

I was HOPING to leave this game for Marvel Heroes..


But I'll be damned if I have to click enemies to use abilities and have ZERP controller functionality. So the question becomes.. will all these "updates" (word used EXTREMELY loosely) accommodate controller (Xbox) functionality? If not I'll go play DCUO cause at least they don't make me use **** *** key+mouse

    So what are you doing here? Go to DCUO and post the above there. They would be happy to hear it but I don't see how we can care about it here.

    Forgive me if I'm wrong, but doesn't each button/function on the XBox controller have an associated bind command? If so, simply familiarize yourself with what command does what, and create binds to do whatever you want... That's what I do w/ the keyboard.

    It in fact does.. however powers like Strafing Run and ... Otthers (too drunk to remember) do not work with controller functions

    I say curtail that ugly trend now.

    And to post above.. I quit the game .. buttttttttt..

    If you're so obsessed with using an XBox controller, why are you looking at PC games?

    XPAD is great for CO.

    I'm not sure what "ZERP" means, but for person functionality:

    To target enemies, just hit RB (shoulder button)

    To toggles target friendly/enemies, hold RT then press RB..

    You can also use your devices tray by holding right d-pad button, and then from right to left in the tray, the buttons X Y B A & RB activate the devices respectively.

    Using an x-box360 style controller works just fine, you just have to enable controllers in the settings, you can even customizes the controls. I'm using a Logitech dual action controller but it's basically an x-box 360 clone. The only change I've made in the settings at all from the basic champions controller settings is to swap camera rotation (turn left and right) with strafing by swapping the respective joystick inputs. This allows forward back, turn left or right with the left stick, and camera up/down, and strafing with the right one.
