Unlocking the Crafted Travel Power Devices

Would buying one of these now unlock the whole TP for the account? Does anybody have any confirmation of this?

    The way the unlock works is when you have a character equipped with it, the TP unlocks account wide automatically. I know this because whenever the PTS gets reset it removes your TP unlocks. When I transfer a character with a CTP over and equip it to their device tray, the TP gets unlocked once more on the PTS. This lasts until the PTS gets a complete wipe from a major update.

    So it should work the same way on live.

    I'd be willing to try it myself if someone would sell me the Aethyric flight for a price that isn't bat**** crazy.
