Help with a thematic Stealth build

Ok if someone plays a certain free to play game, the name, Shaky Jester, is enough to understand what will be the theme of the build, lol.

So far the powers are thematic down to level 23. Even the Specs are thematic (aside from the personal preference to spread the points in the Dex tree), I would go with the Vindicator/Warden combo since I hate the Brawler tree, but it does not fit at all...

Now the questions:

-Does Night Warrior work with pets? That is, do I stay in stealth or do I need to unsummon/resummon the pets for each stealth cycle? (by the way NW seems quite bad compared to Quarry, but it's the only stealth option..)

-INT as SSS. I like it for cooldowns (Shadow strike, the Actives and eventually MSA). CON is better for survivability, but do I gimp my energy management too much?

-Storm's Harvest: better R3 or R2+Adv?

-Powers from lvl 26 onward... comments? I wanted another attack. I dislike having an heal but I could take it. Conviction or BCR? BCR+Adv makes stacking dodge even nicer, but the DPS suffers.

    Free to play...Sneaky Jester...

He didn't happen to have a skin that came out recently, did he?

Int for PSS will make energy management really easy. The reduction on powers is quite substantial, and should let you off rather well with it.

Hmm...I'd say Rank 3 on Storms Harvest. Although with Dragons Wrath you probably won't use it as much.

I might drop STR as SSS to keep INT, and just reach the soft cap of 70 via MODS.

As for the costume of this toon I am reaally desperate for checkered legs. Also bicolor jackets, but that could be dropped. Is there any floating around?

By the way so far I choose a royal coloring ;)
